• Create a cleaner, friendlier Singapore River
• Provide a safer experience by addressing anti-social issues
• Improve the overall management and maintenance of the public realm
• Celebrate and embrace Singapore River’s history

The proposed initiatives in this five-year business plan to improve Singapore River include action items that will meet these objectives. Singapore River One, the new private sector-led partnership, will be working in close collaboration with the government agencies to leverage resources from both the public and private sector, to implement the proposed initiatives. The initiatives are over and above existing services that are currently provided. Implementation of these programs will be dependent on the partnership's ability to raise revenue over the next five years.
