Biography Andreas KOCH is a German-trained international hotel manager with 40 years of experience in Hospitality, Tourism, Aviation and Print and Radio Journalism. His international exposure in Germany, the United Kingdom, Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Vietnam, China, Hong Kong, Australia and New Zealand includes Hotel Companies such as Kempinski, Shangri-La, Millennium &Copthorne, Inter-Continental and Holiday Inn as well as Boutique and DeLuxe Operations such as Cable Beach Club Resort Broome, Swiss-Grand Bondi Beach Sydney and Singapore-owned Sedona Hotels. He has opened 6 new hotels on 3 continents and successfully completed several Project Management and Development assignments. Since his permanent arrival in Singapore close to 20 years ago, he has been living by and been involved with the Singapore River and its community in more than one way. He is a former honorary Labour Judge of the Industrial Court in Berlin and has extensive and active interests in Aviation and Journalism as well as honorary Lecturing Assignments at Hotel Schools in Germany and Australia. | |

Biography Mr Chia Ngiang Hong joined City Developments Limited (CDL) in 1981 and has over 30 years of experience in the real estate industry in Singapore and the region. He holds a degree in Bachelor of Science in Estate Management (Honours) from the University of Singapore and a Masters in Business Administration with distinction from University of Hull, UK. Mr Chia is a Fellow of the Singapore Institute of Surveyors &Valuers (SISV) and the current Second Vice President of Real Estate Developers' Association of Singapore (REDAS). He is a Board member of the Singapore Green Building Council (SGBC) as well as a member of the Charity Council. He also sits on the Advisory Panel in Building and Construction Authority (BCA) Academy. He chairs the Consultative Committee to the Department of Real Estate (DRE) at National University of Singapore (NUS) and is also a Board Member of the Institute of Real Estate Studies (IRES), NUS. Biography Devin Otto Kimble is the founder and managing director of Singapore-based MENU Pte.Ltd. Food & Drinks Group, which owns and operates Brewerkz Restaurants & Microbreweries and Café Iguana. Formerly, Devin was the regional operations manager for Dan Ryan's Chicago Grill, which is headquartered in Hong Kong, and a multi-unit manager and corporate recruiter with Taco Bell in Connecticut, USA. A graduate of Yale University, Devin holds a master's degree from Cornell University's School of Hotel Administration. He has been a speaker and panel participant on various business and hospitality-related topics at the Singapore-based University of Chicago Booth Graduate School of Business, the Cornell– Nanyang Institute of Hospitality Management, the UNLV Harrah College of Hotel Administration, the Singapore American School and INSEAD, where he has also been chief judge for the annual business plan competition. Starwood Hotels and Kraft Foods have invited him to speak at corporate gatherings on the topic of entrepreneurship and he has given presentations on brewing to Standard Chartered clients and at the Master Brewers Association of the Americas' World Brewing Congress. Devin is a member of the board of governors for the Singapore American School, the world's largest overseas America-curriculum school, where he chairs the finance committee, and president of the Yale Club of Singapore. In the past he has served on the American Chamber of Commerce in Singapore's board of governors as honorary treasurer, the Restaurant Association of Singapore's management committee, and Hwa Chong International School's board of trustees. A native of California and a Singapore resident since 1995, he is married to Amy E. Sittler, who is a director at Bank of America. Biography Mr. Pope began his journey in the Hospitality industry as an Apprentice Chef at the tender age of 16. The 4-year apprenticeship provided him with a strong foundation and he subsequently worked in various establishments as a chef. Always hungry for knowledge of the industry, Mr. Pope worked tirelessly and passionately, and was appointed as an F&B Trainee Manager with Southern Pacific Hotel Corporation between 1991 and 1993. Following this, he was promoted to Assistant F&B Manager of the Parkroyal Darling Harbour Hotel, Sydney Australia. He knew that to bring his expertise to the next level, overseas experience was essential. So there was no better place than Asia, a market he foresaw as the dominant one in the 21st Century. Mr. Pope's next posting took him to the 5-Star Parkroyal KL in Malaysia as Assistant F&B Manager and again he was quickly promoted to F&B Manager. After two and a half years in Malaysia, he moved to Singapore as F&B Manager of the Grand Plaza Parkroyal. Next, he rose swiftly to be Executive Assistant Manager of the Penang Parkroyal in Malaysia. Following his successful stint in Penang, He was then promoted to Resident Manager of the 720 room Crowne Plaza Hotel Bangkok, Thailand. Following the success in Sydney & having previous experience in the Hospitality industry in four countries in Asia, Mr. Pope moved to Singapore to design, build and operate multiple restaurants & bars in Singapore. Biography Philip Su has been Executive Director of Far East Organisation (FEO) since 2nd August 2010. His functional responsibilities include spearheading FEO's overseas developments, overseeing the Retail Business Group as EXCO Chairman and serves as a Director on several FEO and FEO-related companies. Before joining FEO, Philip – as ACEO of JTC Corporation, was responsible for the successful development of Singapore's multi-billion dollar one-north mixed development zone into a vibrant business eco-system which combined the work-live-play-learn elements for the community and talent base; developed JTC's various Business Parks into premier business and industrial centres of excellence; supervised the real-estate portfolios of the Electronics, Info-Comm Technology, and Media Industry Clusters, and JTC's non-Industrial and New Business Clusters. Philip, retired as a Brigadier-General in 2001, served in a variety of SAF command, management and staff positions to include Deputy ACGS (Operations Planning), Assistant Chief of General Staff (Personnel), Chief of Artillery, Chief Guards Officer and Commander, 21st Division. Philip has been actively involved as a Director and Board Member on several Government-linked corporations and Statutory Boards: Singapore Technologies Aerospace, ST Logistics and Sentosa Development Corporation.
